Bilingual Customer Service Hero (English + Portuguese), Boulder, CO, USA

This is a full time position from the SnapEngage office in Boulder, CO and from your home-office.

As customer service specialist you will assist SnapEngage users via phone and live chat with their account configuration, answering product questions, and running short demos of the SnapEngage product.

You will receive and handle customer chats, sometimes several at a time. During periods of low chat activity, you will handle email and phone customer support requests and other tasks involving writing simple tutorials and tips, experimenting with new SnapEngage functionalities, reviewing new service solutions (CRMs, help desks, bug trackers).

In the morning you will participate in the stand-up video conference meeting with the team in the US and Europe.

Job responsibilities:
– Answer product questions and present the live chat solution to prospective SnapEngage customers over live chat and sometimes phone.
– Provide outstanding customer service to SnapEngage’s customers over live chat, email and sometimes phone.
– Work on other support or documentation related tasks.
– Contact existing customers and enable them to fully leverage SnapEngage capabilities.

Requirements:
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.
– Good multi-tasking skills to manage multiple communications at once.
– Fast and precise typing for effective chat communication.
– Quick learner, Team Player, Positive attitude.
– Basic understanding of HTML, web site design, CSS or JavaScript is a plus.
